What accolades, awards, and certifications have you received that are applicable to your area of law in Florida?
Answer: Probably the one that I’m most proud of is Martindale-Hubbell, where I received the highest rating for a lawyer in the criminal defense area in my region. And this is one of the few services out there that require you to provide a couple of attorneys, and then they go out on their own and speak with other lawyers and judges in your jurisdiction to get a rating for you. And I believe the highest rating is a 5, and I was given a 4.8. So that is one of the best things that I can say. I’ve also been awarded—this year—a 2016 Super Lawyers in Sarasota County. And I have a 10.0 rating on Avvo. I have taught, in the past, to judges in the state of Florida regarding DUI and traffic matters. So I’m proud of all those things.
