If you’re working in a company or a firm where you would implement some type of a scheme where you would get money through conduct that was fraudulent. And that’s generally what happens with regards to a lot of the white-collar crimes: it involves fraud of some sort. A lot of the Ponzi schemes, those are classic examples of white-collar crimes, where a person is collecting money from investors and then paying those investors with other money that’s collected from subsequent investors, which is a classic Ponzi scheme. And those types of schemes and conduct are prosecuted by the federal government.
